Welcome to
Street evangelists
KENYA
Kenya has become an important part of the work of Street Evangelists International in East Africa. Since the first local team was established, the Lord has continued to open doors for the Gospel to be proclaimed in cities, towns, marketplaces, schools, universities and communities across the country. Through the faithful service of Brothers Gideon and Johnny, together with many other believers who share a burden for the lost, the ministry has continued to grow. Our teams seek to fulfil the command of our Lord Jesus Christ to “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature,” taking the message of salvation directly to people wherever opportunities arise.
Week by week, our teams seek opportunities to proclaim Christ through Gospel literature, one to one conversations, public preaching and practical acts of service. From busy streets in Nairobi and Mombasa to university campuses, children’s homes, schools, hospitals, markets and local communities, we desire to make the message of salvation known and encourage more believers to become active in evangelism. We are also thankful for opportunities to fellowship and work alongside other evangelistic ministries and local churches. Through the distribution of Gospel literature, personal witnessing, open air preaching, discipleship and community outreach, our prayer is to see faithful Gospel workers raised up and more evangelism teams established throughout Kenya. We thank God for every brother and sister who serves faithfully, trusting Him with the results and seeking above all to make Jesus Christ known throughout the nation.
